督察发现，一些地方还存在历史遗留矿山生态修复滞后问题。昌平区未按要求将9座废弃矿山核定建档，“十四五”期间未开展修复治理；其中6座位于风景名胜区，面积共317亩。上口村废弃白云岩矿位于风景名胜区内，面积58亩，历史上开采形成的裸岩高达50米，大量废渣碎石随山体随意堆放。上口村一废弃金矿同样位于风景名胜区内，面积142亩，倾倒在山沟中的废渣被雨水冲刷，形成长约600米的侵蚀沟。

The problem gets worse in pipelines. When you chain multiple transforms – say, parse, transform, then serialize – each TransformStream has its own internal readable and writable buffers. If implementers follow the spec strictly, data cascades through these buffers in a push-oriented fashion: the source pushes to transform A, which pushes to transform B, which pushes to transform C, each accumulating data in intermediate buffers before the final consumer has even started pulling. With three transforms, you can have six internal buffers filling up simultaneously.
